Class descriptions

  • In this introductory yoga class you will explore fundamental principles of a power vinyasa class - breath, alignment, and flowing breath to movement. The instructor will break down and cue the postures thoroughly and you will leave having a better understanding of the basics.

    Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yoga student - everyone can feel comfortable in this class. We believe it is always beneficial to return to the foundations of your practice.

  • In this intermediate yoga class you will explore fundamental and intermediate principles of a power vinyasa class - breath, alignment, and flowing breath to movement. The instructor will break down postures with lots of cues. Class will move a little bit faster than an EP1, but not as fast as an EP2. 

     Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced yoga student - you will feel challenged and balanced in this class. Enjoy a nice sweat and a sweet savasana to close out practice.

  • Roll out your mat for an expertly sequenced yoga class. Expect a continued build-up of postures as your body warms up throughout class.

    In this fun, lighthearted, and whole-body class you will be flowing to the beat of your breath and the music. The continuous movement will provide an aerobic workout. The postures and sequencing will also improve your strength and mobility.

  • Roll out your mat for an expertly sequenced yoga class. Expect a continued build-up of postures as your body warms up throughout class.

    In this workshop-style we will work towards a peak pose, target specific areas of the body, and practice with a little more focused attention and breakdown into the postures. Expect strength, mobility, and aerobic benefits within a soulful sequence.

  • A fun, high energy yoga class with weights, that will leave you feeling strong and empowered. Enjoy lively music that will keep you motivated and expect bursts of cardio and a total body workout.

  • Enjoy a calming practice, with a lot of prop use including blocks, straps, bolsters, and blankets. Through a series of heavily supported postures the nervous system will gently dial down stress and shift into a state of healing and restoration.

  • Stretch out your tight connective tissue and muscles in this relaxing class. We will use the breath, visualization, and props as we practice finding stillness in order to engage the parasympathetic nervous system.

    We will find the sensation of stretch at about 50-70% of our capacity and stay there and find stillness. Practice listening to your body as you search for areas of resistance. Healthy fascia requires proper hydration, so be sure to hydrate before and after class.

    Plan to have a relaxing restful evening after class. Enjoy this lovely class.

  • Elevate Yoga for Women's Health is a specialized women's health yoga class designed to empower women with holistic knowledge and specific targeted movements that prioritize the well-being of their bodies, with a particular emphasis on pelvic floor muscles and core strength.

    This class seamlessly integrates moments of education with purposeful yoga movements. It offers a unique opportunity for women to deepen their understanding of their bodies while enhancing strength, flexibility, and balance, all within a supportive and nurturing environment. Expect a targeted full body class geared towards improving women's health and well-being.

  • Elevate Meditation is a transformative class inspired by Vipassana (insight) meditation and rooted in ancient Buddhist teachings.

    Designed to be accessible and secular, this class provides a supportive environment for deep self-exploration. Participants will learn techniques to overcome barriers to meditation and engage in a practice that fosters mindfulness and presence.

  • Elevate Prenatal Yoga is designed and sequenced to prepare you, mentally and physically, for welcoming your baby into this world. Expect breathing practice (pranayama), postures that strengthen the pelvic floor muscles, legs and arms, and a healthy amount of relaxation and surrender. Build confidence in your mind and body, meet other mamas, and enjoy some much deserved you time on the mat.

  • Reconnect with your body and bond with your baby in our Elevate Baby and Me Yoga class, designed for babies aged 6 weeks to pre-crawling. This gentle yoga practice supports postpartum healing by focusing on core strength, pelvic floor recovery, and overall well-being for moms, while incorporating baby into the flow. You’ll move through poses that encourage relaxation, alignment, and mindful breathing, helping to restore your body after childbirth.

    Your little one will also enjoy interactive moments with movement, songs, and sensory play, fostering early development and connection. This class provides a nurturing space for both mom and baby, as well as the opportunity to meet other parents on a similar journey.

     Themed classes will help foster a deeper understanding of body cues, emotions, and coping mechanisms that will help children regulate their minds and their own reactions to the world around them.

    Our unique approach to teaching yoga provides children with a fun and engaging way to cultivate physical and mental wellbeing, while also developing important life skills.

    What to Expect:

    • Yoga postures that challenge children’s bodies with moving and stretching, creating competency of various motor skills and movement patterns
    • Discussion and storytelling to introduce concepts of empathy, resiliency, and other positive character traits that are essential for self-acceptance and lifelong learning
    • Group games to introduce concepts of self-regulation and stress management in a fun and engaging way

  • Our Children’s Yoga classes are designed to encourage self-regulation and stress management skills through movement and breath awareness.

     Themed classes will help foster a deeper understanding of body cues, emotions, and coping mechanisms that will help children regulate their minds and their own reactions to the world around them.
