We are all writers, we just have to find our voices. Like yoga, the practice of writing asks you to be real, vulnerable, and authentic. We will guide you to find your inner writer by combining the practices of yoga and writing.

All sessions will be held at the studio on 901 1st Street, Benicia, CA. Please bring a yoga mat, a water bottle, something to sit on such as a pillow or a mediation cushion, and a pencil. We will provide you with a notebook to write in.

Reignite your strength, stamina, and spirit with our 10-Day Elevate Bootcamp — a morning training experience designed to help you feel powerful, energized, and unstoppable. Continue your regular yoga practice as a wonderful adjunct to this work.

Two consecutive weeks of motivation, community, and sweat.

Wake up strong. Start your day with purpose. Elevate your mornings.


Each class moves through 15 stations blending strength, cardio, agility, mobility, and core training. You’ll rotate through two rounds of dynamic work, finishing with mindful core and breathwork to center your day.

10 early-morning sessions

15 functional stations

2 full rounds

Warm-up and cool down

 

We will rotate the focus each day: Strength, cardio, core, mobility, flow

 

Who It’s For:

All levels are welcome. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or building consistency, you’ll be guided to move safely, challenge your limits, and have fun.

From Wired to Rested:

Sleep Science Meets Restorative Yoga

Join Dr. Leah Kaylor for an interactive workshop that combines evidence-based sleep science with restorative yoga and breathwork to calm the nervous system and support healthy sleep.

Workshop Curriculum:

  • The evening begins with a dynamic lecture exploring the psychology, physiology, and science of sleep.

  • From there, you'll move into a 30 minute, trauma-informed, beginner friendly restorative yoga sequence with guided meditation.

  • The workshop concludes with a short debrief and Q&A to help you integrate what you've learned and leave with practical tools to improve your sleep at home.

About the Teacher:

As a yoga teacher and the FBI's sleep expert and author of If Sleep Were A Drug, Dr. Leah Kaylor is a licensed clinical and prescribing psychologist specializing in trauma, resilience, and sleep science.
