The Elevate Company is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School (RYS). Our certified 55-Hour Yin and Restorative Yoga Teacher Training will prepare you to be a yin and restorative instructor.

You will learn about how to teach this class.

In the Elevate training there is a strong emphasis on human anatomy – this will prepare you to be extremely knowledgeable when it comes to alignment, safe sequencing and adjustments, and powerful cueing for your students.

Structure:

• 3-week program

• 1 in-person session on Friday, October 10th from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM

• 6 in-person sessions on Saturday/Sunday from 12:30 - 5:00 PM

• Asynchronous homework and study
