Join Dr. Leah Kaylor for an interactive workshop that combines evidence-based sleep science with restorative yoga and breathwork to calm the nervous system and support healthy sleep.
Workshop Curriculum:
The evening begins with a dynamic lecture exploring the psychology, physiology, and science of sleep.
From there, you'll move into a 30 minute, trauma-informed, beginner friendly restorative yoga sequence with guided meditation.
The workshop concludes with a short debrief and Q&A to help you integrate what you've learned and leave with practical tools to improve your sleep at home.

About the Teacher:
As a yoga teacher and the FBI's sleep expert and author of If Sleep Were A Drug, Dr. Leah Kaylor is a licensed clinical and prescribing psychologist specializing in trauma, resilience, and sleep science.
